Basert p\u00e5 disse premissene og for \u00e5 fremheve kommunens rike gastronomi, opprettet La Vila Joiosa bystyre merkevaren \u00abLa Vila Gastron\u00f3mica\u00bb (Den gastronomiske landsbyen). I 2025 feiret vi 25-\u00e5rsjubileet til La Vila Gastron\u00f3mica, et initiativ som har posisjonert oss som en referanse for haute cuisine over hele landet.
