La Nadala

Over the course of several weeks, the city offers a wide range of cultural, festive, and family-friendly activities that fill various areas of the municipality with Christmas spirit.

The centerpiece of the program is located in the gardens of La Barbera dels Aragonés, where the Christmas fair is set up with rides, shows, workshops, children’s activities, entertainment, markets, and culinary offerings. Among the most popular activities are the traditional “globotà,” Santa’s House, the Royal Camp, the children’s New Year’s Eve countdown, and the arrival of the Royal Postman and the Three Wise Men.

La Nadala also features an extensive cultural program spread across various venues in Villajoyosa, including concerts, musicals, theater, dance, film, storytelling, sports activities, and performances aimed at both children and adults. The Teatre Auditori, the Llar del Pensionista Social Center, Vilamuseu, and the town’s streets are also part of this special program.

The celebration also includes events that are deeply rooted in local life, such as the San Silvestre race, the New Year’s Eve “Vermuteando,” concerts by local bands, and the traditional Three Kings Parade, one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the festivities.

Thanks to its extensive and varied program, La Nadala has established itself as one of Villajoyosa’s most important festive events, attracting both residents and visitors and transforming the city into a vibrant hub of community, culture, and Christmas celebrations on the shores of the Mediterranean.
